- christine phillips Added 2018-05-12★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I'm here on summer vacation, and go to this Tim Hortons location every day for the same breakfast order between 8am and 1pm. I've been here for two months, and about 80% of the time they confuse my order. It is truly unbelievable, to the point of comedy. But, most sadly, I have witnessed employees speak with extreme condescension to their trainees- to the point of embarrassing them in front of customers- time and time again. This suggests to me that the employees, themselves, may have been trained without strong anti-harassment policies put in place to trickle down, directly, from management.
