  Exceptional service, yet again. The atmosphere in the store is professional yet casual and easy going. You can tell the ladies enjoy their jobs. I dealt with Cassie and she is very knowledgeable and knows the products well. She ensured my new phone and contract matched my needs.
  
  I wanted a case for my new phone as I didn’t want to leave the store with it unprotected but they didn’t have the case I wanted. Cassie when online and found the case I preferred but it was going to be a couple weeks before they could get it into the store. She called another store, south of Courtenay, to inquire if they carried the product. They did but it would take a couple of days. Cassie knew I was apprehensive about leaving with my phone unprotected so she provided me with a lender case to use until mine arrived. I was thrilled as I was prepared to purchase a case I really did not want. Cassie went above and beyond what I was expecting and I left a very happy customer. I would highly recommend this business to everyone as ALL the staff are very helpful and friendly.
