    They had lost my reservation and re-assigned me to a conference room next to the front desk which had been converted into a bedroom-ish space. A door that does not lock connected this "conference room bedroom" to the front desk / office area.

    Hang on to your confirmation # if you are going to stay here.

    The sheets on my pull-out bed had red spotted stains. I've posted a picture w this review to give you a clear idea. Brutal. I would have walked away at that point if there was another option available.

    The staff tried to help. In general they seemed frustrated, embarrassed and apologetic.
